We’re passionate about providing high-quality service with a focus on CARE, RESPECT, and HONESTY—and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to help keep our operations running like clockwork!

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OFFICE ASSISTANT:
Your day will be as diverse as our clientele! Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll handle:

Communication Hub: Answer and direct calls, take messages, and address inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Logistics Star: Organize team’s schedule, clients' appointments and handle changes with efficiency, ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time. You must love scheduling as much as you love Tetris, chess or Sudoku. Hands down, this will be 70% of your day.

Task Juggler: Handle confidential materials, perform data entry, generate reports, and help book off those team building dates.

Inventory Extraordinaire: Keep our office stocked by monitoring supplies and placing orders.

Team Player: Assist with clerical duties and contribute wherever needed to keep the team running smoothly.

LOGISTICS:

Full time position, $18/hour.
-
Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4:00 (unpaid 30 minute break included).

Located at 4030 8 ST SE, Calgary, AB with occasional hybrid shifts (upon approval).
REQUIREMENTS:

Passionate for customer service and logistics.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Ability to get along with your people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds.

Patient when something is not working, and find fast & resourceful way to fix it.

Have a sense of respect, responsibility and self-awareness.

Legal to work in Canada.

Clean background criminal check.

Must be able to occasionally lift 25lbs., bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary inventory stocking duties when needed.
