DEEP DIVE.

Every new client start with a deep clean with us. You decide how deep you want to go, using Cleaning Checklist. Some clients want a full house clean and ready to invest $1200+ right away; others, do mini deep cleans, starting with bathrooms and kitchens. We charge per hour, $65/hour/employee. To simplify, the cleaner your home, the faster we go. We discuss cleaning strategies, your budget, and your lifestyle during your Consult Call. Our minimum initial appointment is $425+GST (6 hour appointment), and that could cover couple bathroom and some kitchen.

Once we have done a deep clean, there is a high probability, your subsequent bill will be lower. Yes, we collaborate together with you and set up the priorities, duration and cost for your initial appointment. It takes time to do a good job. And we want to do a good job for you.

 

We work with clients who need us on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and once-in-a-blue-moon basis. To give you an idea, our regular clients allocate anywhere between $290 to $650 and up for their regular cleaning appointments. We will give you a forecast after a deep clean how long we believe it will take us to maintain your home.
